HOW TO ADD A PLAYLIST
  1. Open FlixCast on your Samsung Tizen TV
  2. Go to Settings and select "Manage Playlists"
  3. Add New Playlist by entering:
    • For M3U: Paste the playlist URL (usually ends in .m3u or .m3u8)
    • For Xtream: Enter the API URL, username, and password provided by your service
  4. Select & Enjoy — start streaming immediately

What is FlixCast? ▼
FlixCast is a premium IPTV player application for Samsung Smart TVs (Tizen OS). It lets you stream live TV channels, movies, and TV series using your own M3U playlist or Xtream Codes credentials. FlixCast provides a polished, TV-optimized interface designed for the big screen.
Which devices are currently supported? ▼
FlixCast currently supports Samsung Smart TVs running Tizen OS (2016 models and later). Support for Android TV, LG WebOS, and desktop platforms is actively being developed and will be announced soon.
What playlist formats are supported? ▼
FlixCast supports M3U and M3U8 playlist URLs and the Xtream Codes API (portal URL + username + password). You can add multiple playlists and switch between them easily inside the app.
How does per-device licensing work? ▼
Each license is tied to one specific TV (identified by its unique device ID). If you have multiple TVs, you will need a license for each one. If you replace your TV, contact our support team and we will transfer the license to your new device at no extra charge.
How much does FlixCast cost? ▼
FlixCast uses a simple one-time pricing model: $15 per device, paid once, valid forever. There are no subscriptions, no renewals, and no hidden fees. All future updates are included at no extra cost.
Is there a free trial? What happens after it expires? ▼
Yes! When you install FlixCast on your Samsung TV, a 10-day free trial license activates automatically — no account, no credit card, and no purchase required. You get full access to all app features during those 10 days. Once the trial period ends, access to app features is locked. To continue using FlixCast, visit flixcast.live, enter your TV's MAC address (shown in the app settings), and purchase a one-time license for $15. There is no automatic charge — you only pay if you choose to continue. There is no traditional refund policy since you have a full 10-day free trial to evaluate the app before any purchase.
Does FlixCast include channels or content? ▼
No — FlixCast is a player application only and does not include any channels, IPTV subscriptions, or content. You must bring your own playlist from an IPTV provider of your choice. FlixCast simply plays the streams from your subscription.

Please read these terms carefully before using FlixCast. By using our application, you agree to be bound by these terms.

§1. What is FlixCast? ⌄

FlixCast is an advanced TV media player application designed for Samsung Tizen, LG WebOS, and Philips Android TV devices. The application itself provides no content—users must provide their own M3U or Xtream Codes playlists from authorized third-party providers.

FlixCast is a player only. We do NOT provide, host, or distribute any TV channels, movies, series, or IPTV subscriptions.

§2. Free Trial & Refund Policy ⌄

Complimentary Trial: Upon installation, FlixCast provides a 10-day free trial period to evaluate all features. No credit card or payment is required during the trial.

No Refund Policy: Once the free trial period has been started or used, and you have opted to continue with a paid license, no refund will be granted. This is why we offer the free trial—to allow you to thoroughly test compatibility and features before purchase.

We recommend testing FlixCast with your playlists and TV model during the trial period before committing to a paid license.

§3. Content Responsibility ⌄

FlixCast explicitly disclaims providing, hosting, endorsing, or distributing any copyrighted material, TV channels, movies, or series.

You are solely responsible for:

  • All content you access through your playlists
  • Ensuring you have proper authorization to use any playlists you add
  • Complying with all applicable laws regarding content streaming
  • Any copyright or intellectual property infringement claims resulting from your playlist usage

FlixCast may suspend or terminate your license if we receive copyright complaints or detect unauthorized streaming of protected content.

§4. Payment & License Activation ⌄

Payment Processing: Payments are processed through Paddle. Payment approval may occur within minutes to a few hours depending on your payment method.

License Activation: Your license is activated by your TV's MAC address. Activation is permanent for that device — your lifetime license never expires.

Activation Delays: In rare cases, you may need to restart the FlixCast application for your newly purchased license to be recognized. If activation does not occur within a few hours, please contact support@flixcast.live.

Device Transfer: If you replace your TV, you may request a license transfer from your old device MAC to your new device's MAC. Contact support for assistance.

§5. User Obligations & Indemnification ⌄

By using FlixCast, you agree to:

  • Indemnify and hold harmless FlixCast from any damages, claims, or liability arising from:
    • Your use of the application
    • Your playlists or content accessed through FlixCast
    • Any breach of these terms by you
    • Alleged copyright infringement or intellectual property violations related to your streaming activity
  • Not use FlixCast to stream unlicensed or unauthorized content
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or distribute the FlixCast application
  • Not resell or transfer your license to another person
§6. Account Termination & Suspension ⌄

FlixCast reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your license if:

  • You violate these terms or use the application for unlawful purposes
  • We receive copyright or DMCA complaints related to your account
  • We detect unusual or suspicious activity (such as credential sharing or device spoofing)
  • Your account is involved in intellectual property infringement

Termination is immediate and no refund will be granted, even if you have remaining license time.

§7. Warranty Disclaimer ⌄

FlixCast is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind:

  • We do not warrant that all playlists will work correctly or play without errors
  • We do not guarantee compatibility with all TV models, even among supported brands
  • We do not promise error-free operation or continuous service
  • Technical issues, buffering, or playback failures are not grounds for refund or license cancellation

This is why we provide a 10-day free trial to test compatibility before purchase.

§8. Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution ⌄

These Terms & Conditions are governed by applicable international law and the terms of service outlined in our License Agreement.

Dispute Resolution: Before pursuing legal action, you agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation with FlixCast support at support@flixcast.live. If unresolved within 30 days, either party may pursue arbitration or legal proceedings as permitted by law.

§9. Changes to Terms ⌄

FlixCast reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Continued use of FlixCast after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

1. License Grant & Usage Rights ▼

FlixCast grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use this application for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This license allows you to install FlixCast on a single TV device and stream content from your own IPTV subscription or playlist. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly display this application without explicit written consent from FlixCast.

2. User Content & Playlist Responsibility ▼

FlixCast does not provide, host, or distribute any content, playlists, or IPTV services. You are entirely responsible for providing your own legitimate IPTV service and playlist. By using FlixCast, you agree that:

  • You own or have legal authorization to access all content in your playlist
  • Your use of the playlist does not violate applicable laws or third-party intellectual property rights
  • You understand that accessing unauthorized or pirated content through any playlist is illegal in most jurisdictions

FlixCast bears no responsibility for the legality, origin, or ownership of content accessed through any user-supplied playlist. Users assume full legal responsibility for their playlist content.

3. Use Restrictions ▼

You agree NOT to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or modify the FlixCast application
  • Redistribute, resell, or sublicense FlixCast to any third party
  • Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or legal notices within the application
  • Use FlixCast for commercial purposes or profit
  • Share your license key with other users or devices beyond your purchased license scope
  • Circumvent security features, licensing mechanisms, or copy protection measures
4. Intellectual Property Rights ▼

All FlixCast source code, design, graphics, logos, and documentation are the exclusive property of FlixCast or its licensors. These materials are protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws. Your license grants you no ownership rights to these materials. Any unauthorized reproduction or distribution of FlixCast materials is strictly prohibited.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties ▼

FlixCast is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees regarding:

  • Uninterrupted operation or error-free performance
  • Compatibility with all IPTV services or playlist formats
  • Specific video quality, resolution, or streaming speed
  • Availability of the application or any features
  • The legality or quality of content from user-provided playlists

To the extent permitted by law, FlixCast disclaims all express and implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

6. Limitation of Liability ▼

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FlixCast shall not be liable for:

  • Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Loss of data, profits, revenue, or business opportunities
  • Device malfunction, software incompatibility, or network failures
  • Content disputes, intellectual property claims, or legal issues arising from your playlist
  • Any damages resulting from unauthorized playlist usage or illegal streaming

Your total liability for all claims against FlixCast shall not exceed the amount you paid for your license.

7. Termination & License Revocation ▼

FlixCast may terminate or suspend your license immediately if you:

  • Violate any term of this agreement
  • Engage in illegal activity or streaming of pirated content through FlixCast
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or circumvent licensing systems
  • Share or redistribute your license key
  • Use FlixCast for commercial gain

Upon termination, your right to use FlixCast immediately ceases. You must cease all use of the application.

8. No Affiliation with Content Providers ▼

FlixCast is not affiliated, endorsed by, or connected with any TV broadcaster, cable provider, IPTV service, streaming platform, or content creator. We do not partner with, have agreements with, or receive compensation from any content providers. Users are solely responsible for ensuring they have legitimate access to all content in their playlists. Any legal disputes regarding content must be resolved between you and your IPTV service provider.

9. 10-Day Free Trial & License Activation ▼

Upon installing FlixCast on a compatible Samsung Tizen TV, a 10-day free trial license is activated automatically. No account registration, credit card, or purchase is required to start the trial. During the trial period, you have full access to all currently available application features.

Once the trial period expires, access to application features is suspended until a valid paid license is activated. To purchase a license, you must visit flixcast.live, provide the MAC address of your TV device (available in the app's Settings screen), and complete a purchase through our payment provider Paddle. License keys are tied to a specific device MAC address and are non-transferable except through our support process.

There is no traditional refund policy. Because a full 10-day free trial is provided before any purchase is required, all sales are considered final. Trial users are bound by all terms and conditions of this agreement.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution ▼

This agreement is governed by applicable laws. Any disputes arising from FlixCast usage shall be resolved through good-faith discussion or, if necessary, appropriate legal channels. You agree to use FlixCast only in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. If any portion of this agreement is found unenforceable, remaining terms shall remain valid.
